A new experience

MISS Teen Model Angeline Furivai says being in the Miss Teen Model competition has been a new experience since it was her first time participating in a fashion modelling competition.

Ms Furivai expressed her gratitude for the support of her family and friends during the week-long competition through to crowing night.

"Rehearsing for the modelling competition was a challenge especially wearing high heels because it's the first time for me to actually wear heels," Ms Furivai said.

"I would like to join the Fiji Fashion Week and try my best in modelling and hope I can make it overseas."

She said she did not expect to win the Miss Teen Model crown because the other girls who participated had so many talents and were perfect models.
