2010 champions Hekari United was held to a 2-all draw by AS Magenta at the Oceania Football Confederation Champions League at Govind Park in Ba yesterday.

The highly fancied Hekari United was reduced to ten players after goalkeeper Leslie Kalai saw red in the 38th minute for handling the ball outside the box with AS Magenta's Bertrand Kai bearing down his neck.

Hekari United found the opener in the 51st minute through Nigel Dabingyaba. AS Magenta equalised in the 62nd minute with a header from Kai.

Three minutes later Hekari United went up again with a neat finish from replacement Nicholas Muri.

Veteran Pierre Wajoka levelled for AS Magenta in the 71st minute.
