Agreement to assist Fijian widows

Update: 6:10PM A MEMORANDUM of Agreement will be signed between the Ministry of Social Welfare and Lifebread-Stay Connected (Fiji) Ltd that aims to assist widows in the country.

Permanent secretary for Social Welfare Dr Josefa Koroivueta will officiate at the signing of the agreement, which will result in the establishment of a home and multi-purpose training centre.

The signing will be held in Suva on Friday.

Lifebread-Stay Connected (Fiji) Ltd is the locally-based partner of Australia-based Lifebread International focused on running a centre for widows in Fiji.
