Update: 3:41PM FORMER prime minister Mahendra Chaudhry will know his fate tomorrow after Justice Paul Madigan sums up the case to the assessors, before they retire to give their opinion.

Today, Justice Madigan said there was a case to answer and called on the defence to start their case.

The defence chose to remain silent and the court directed the lawyers to proceed to closing.
