Monday, March 31, 2014

Update: 10:58AM AUSTRALIA has lifted all travel restrictions on Fiji.

This includes restrictions imposed on the Prime Minister Rear Admiral Voreqe Bainimarama, ministers, military personnel and their family members, and government appointees and the judiciary.

This was confirmed in a media statement by the country's Foreign Affairs Minister Julie Bishop who said the decision followed the significant progress Fiji had made towards holding elections by September.
