Thursday, March 27, 2014

Update: 3:50PM ACTING Commissioner Northern Alipate Bolalevu has assured police of his support following the launching of the nations first Airport Crime Prevention Committee in Labasa last night.

He said the committee was the first for domestic airports in the country.

This is the first for domestic airports in Fiji apart from the Nadi International Airport and I thank the police for making the effort to form this association to protect our border in Labasa, he said.

It is also encouraging to see the taxi association, airport staff and members of the committee roped in by police to maintain safety at our border.
