5.7 quake recorded off Ono-i-Lau

Update: 11:00AM AN earthquake was recorded off Ono-i-Lau early this morning.

The Mineral Resources Department said the 5.7magnitude earthquake was recorded at a depth of 530 kilometres, 297 kilometres south south-west of Nukuni Village about 4:40am.

It said there was no felt report from Doi Primary School in Nukuni Village, Ono-i-Lau as confirmed through telephone call.
