West identifies mosquito hotspots

Update: 1:24PM BASED on information collected from the more than 70,000 patients that have presented themselves at health centres and hospitals across the Western Division from February 28 to March 13, dengue mosquito breeding hotspots have been identified in the following areas:

Sigatoka

Bangladesh, Chinatown, Kulukulu and Naidovi

 

Nadi

Navakai, Narewa, Vitualevu, Nawaka, Malolo and Korovuto

 

Lautoka

Tomuka, Delaisaweni and Saru Back Road

 

Ba

Varadoli, Clopcott and Vatulaulau

Tavua

Togo Residential, Nasomo Settlement, Lausa

Rakiraki

Vatumami, Ellington Settlement 1, Ellington Settlement 2 and Volivoli Settlement
