PM's party plans soon

Felix Chaudhary
Monday, March 10, 2014

DETAILS about his new political party will be revealed over the next few weeks, says Prime Minister Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony for Amex Resources Limited Lautoka Port facility last week, he said the event was special because it marked his first as a civilian PM.

"I will make concrete announcements on the new party in the coming weeks."

Commodore Bainimarama said despite stepping down as the head of the military, his resolve to take the country into prosperity and provide equal opportunities for all Fijians was stronger than ever.
