* THE office of the Director of Prosecutions has complained about a story on Page 7 of the Wednesday 5 March edition of The

Fiji Times, "Lawyer given time to study". The DPP's office says that the implication of the opening paragraph of the story is

that the prosecutor was unprepared at the time the case was called and this was not so. The Fiji Times did not intend to leave that impression and we regret if any reader read the story in that way.
