Update: 12:34PM THE Fiji Beach Resort and Spas first ever Festival of Food held tomorrow at the Hilton on Denarau Island will highlight Fiji's potential to become a food destination, says executive chef Clinton Webber.

He said apart from selling the country overseas as a premier holiday escape, Fiji had a lot to offer in terms of fresh food and high quality local ingredients and spices.

Eight cabanas featuring a wide range of food from Brazilian barbeques, dairy products from New Zealand company Kapiti and fresh local seafood and spices will be featured at the festival.
