Vanua observes 100-night ritual

ROKO Tui Dreketi Ro Teimumu Kepa and Bau high chief Ratu Epenisa Cakobau will today join the vanua of Nakuruvakarua in observing the 100 nights ritual marking the passing of the Ka Levu, Ratu Sakiusa Makutu.

Spokesman Ratu Tevita Makutu said both the chiefly delegation from Rewa and Bau were expected in Cuvu last night. Today's program begins at 2pm.

Ratu Tevita said the program will begin with the luva ni sulu of his wife Torika.
