'Support new commander'

Update: 11:01AM OUTGOING military commander Voreqe Bainimarama has called on the armed forces to give their full support to his successor, Brigadier General Mosese Tikoitoga.

He made the comment in his last speech as head of the military today.

Commodore Bainimarama said he expected the support that was given to him when he took over the reins of the military to be transferred to Brig Gen Tikoitoga as well.
