Single lane traffic

By TEVITA VUIBAU
Monday, March 03, 2014

Update: 11:38AM THE Fiji Roads Authority opened up single lane traffic through the severely-damaged Babavoce portion of the Kings Road this morning.

Babavoce - just 1.8km from Naiborebore Village - was closed after heavy rain caused the road to drop almost a meter.

Initial road diversion works are complete, the FRA said today.

Expect delays as works are continuing; road users can expect up to 20-minute delays through this area until further notice.

The FRA also advised road users to drive with caution through the area.
