THE West athletics competition will be held today at Natabua High School tracks

9:30am - 3000m Open Girls, 3000m Open Boys, Boys High Jump, Girls Long Jump, Boys Shot Put, Girls Javelin

10am - 400m U12 Boys and Girls, Sub Junior Boys and Girls, Junior Boys and Girls, Intermediate Boys and Girls, Senior Boys and Girls, Open Grade.

10:30am - 50m U8, U10, Girls High Jump, Boys Long Jump, Girls Shot Put, Boys Javelin

10:45am - 100m U12 Boys and Girls, Sub Junior Boys and Girls, Junior Boys and Girls, Intermediate Boys and Girls, Senior Boys and Girls, Open Grade.

11:15am - 800m U12 Boys and Girls, Sub Junior Boys and Girls, Junior Boys and Girls, Intermediate Boys and Girls, Senior Boys and Girls, Open Grade.

11:45am - 1500m open girls, open boys.

THE Western Boxing and Wrestling Association meeting will be held at the Casablanca Hotel in Sigatoka on March 4 starting at 7pm. All stakeholders are requested to attend.

National Football League

ALL Fiji Sun - Skipper Tuna National Football League 2014 that was scheduled to be played this weekend has been called off due to current adverse weather conditions throughout the country. This also includes the pre-season futsal tournament which was to be played in Suva and Ba on the 01/02 March 2014. Any inconvenience caused is regretted.

THE Fiji Rugby Union will host workshops and clinics with the respective unions in the country.

Nawaka

THE 27 Fiji Bitter Nawaka 7s will be held from April 11 to April 12 at Prince Charles Park in Nadi. The first 64 teams for the men's cup competition, six oldies teams and eight women's teams will be accommodated. Entry fees: $450 for the Fiji Bitter competition, $350 for the oldies and women's competition. Interested teams are advised to register early to avoid disappointment.
