Update: 3:41PM LABASA residents have begun preparations as they prepare for the looming heavy rain that is expected to hit the North tonight.

Residents of Bouma settlement in the town have begun clearing out branches near their homes.

Fishermen have also begun to move their boats into the Namara Tiri area to seek refuge from the adverse weather conditions.
