Update: 7:45PM PARENTS have been urged to make the right decisions for their children during this wet weather condition.

Divisional education officer Northern Satya Nand Shandil this afternoon said it was entirely up to the parents whether or not to send their children to school.

He said the school heads were also given the discretion to decide whether or not to close the school during this adverse weather condition.
