Mobile company on standby

Update: 1:25PM A MOBILE service provider is on stand-by and ready to support the National Disaster Management Office (NDMO) and governments efforts to disseminate emergency information as quickly as possible.

Vodafone Fiji chief executive officer Aslam Khan said this would be disseminated through their mobile platform to ensure public safety and minimum loss of lives in times of natural disasters.
