Strong wind, rain in Navua

Update: 11:15AM THE water level in the Navua River is rising slowly but poses no direct threat to the town now.

People are buying their food rations in Navua Town in preparation for the adverse weather conditions.

With no power supply in the town, residents are now heading to their homes with whatever emergency supplies needed.
