Police on alert

By Shayal Devi
Wednesday, February 26, 2014

Update: 1:41PM POLICE teams have been deployed to various districts in the Western Division as the weather watch continues.

West police media liaison officer Naina Ragigia said the teams would be moving around and would be available to assist the public should the need arise.

Bus services are continuing as normal and we are monitoring the weather, she said.

There are no specialised operations for this weather but we will be monitoring the movement of school students to ensure they go straight home if schools close.
