Police uproot 'marijuana' plants

Update: 2:02PM PLANTS believed to be marijuana were uprooted earlier this week by police officers in Navosa.

A total of 42 plants were uprooted, a police report this morning confirmed.

Separately police officers in Sabeto also uprooted plants believed to be marijuana after raiding the home of a 46-year-old farmer.

Plants believed to be marijuana were also uprooted in  Ovalau, Navua and Labasa.

All leaves are currently being analysed.
