Update: 12:45PM THE late Rev Dr Tuikilakila Waqairatu was a man of integrity, principle and stood firm on what he believed in.

Presenting the eulogy of the Assembly of Christian Churches (ACCF), Pastor Poate Mata said Waqairatu was a man full of wisdom and knowledge, of faith and unity, and a man of vision.

"He was a leader, and a bold one," he said.

"We have lost a true leader who was a good role model.

"ACCF has lost a mentor. We ask the church leaders to continue his legacy, that is the unity of all Christian churches."

Mr Mata also acknowledged his wife's contribution, for standing by a man who was a true man of God.
