BODYBUILDING

AGM

THE Fiji Amateur Bodybuilding Association annual general meeting will be held at FASANOC boardroom at 11am on March 1. Agenda: President's Report, Financial Report, Minutes of last meeting, Election of Office Bearers, proposed changes to Constitution, Competition Calendar, International Affiliation, Other Business.

FOOTBALL

5-a-side

THE Southern Forest 5-a-side soccer tournament will be held at the FMF Gymnasium on Saturday from 2.30pm. First 16 teams to pay entry fees of $80 will be accommodated. Winner gets $300 a trophy and runner up gets $100 and a trophy. Trophies and prizes also will be given to best player, clean play, and best dressed team. Contact 9708040 for more information.

Nadi

THE ordinary congress of the Nadi Football Association will be held on February 26 starting at 6pm at the Nadi Civic Centre. All nominations must be received by Nadi FA administration officer by February 18.

* Club registration will close on Wednesday, February 26. All affiliated clubs are advised to register on prescribed form with the Nadi Football Association for the 2014 season.

Nasinu

THE Nasinu Football Association annual general meeting will be held at the Rishikul Santan College in Nasinu. Club affiliates, trustees, patrons, life members, new clubs and referees of Nasinu Football Association are to attend the meeting on Sunday, March 02. All nominations are to be emailed to shaneelunique@hotmail.com by March 1.

Navua

Rewa

THE Rewa Football Association annual general meeting would be held on Sunday, February 23 at the Saraswati Primary School in Manoca, Nausori at 10am. Agenda will be circulated in due course. All club delegates, life members, trustees and RFA executives are requested to attend this meeting.

* The RFA League season would start soon. All clubs are requested to update their dues with RFA together with registration. All new clubs wishing to join the RFA are to submit their applications by February 21. For details please contact Sanjay Chand on 9954061.

Tailevu Naitasiri

THE first council meeting of the Tailevu Naitasiri Football Association will be held tomorrow at the Vunimono High School from 7pm. Notice is hereby given to all club affiliates, trustees, patrons, life members, new clubs and referees to attend the meeting. The main purpose of the meeting will be club registrations for the 2014 season. Clubs are requested to fill in the TNFA registration forms and make the necessary payments. Lautoka Men's and Mixed

ALL clubs and teams interested to join the Lautoka Men's and Mixed Netball Association for this season are welcome to attend the council meeting at Jasper Williams High School on Friday at 6pm. THE Suva Netball Association annual general meeting will be held on Saturday, March 1 at the FASANOC boardroom in Oceania House, Flagstaff from 10am. Umpires

ALL Fiji netball umpires in Suva, Nausori, Nasinu, Tailevu, Naitasiri, Vatukoula, Ra, Ba, Lautoka, Nadi, Sigatoka, Serua, Navua, Namosi and outer islands are requested to attend a meeting on Saturday, February 22 (10am to 12noon) at FASANOC. RUGBY

Bure Development 7s

THE Bure Development 7s tournament will be held at Gatward Park in Korovou. Entry fee is $160 and winner takes $1000. Contact Wame on 9000279.

Dritabua 7s

THE Dritabua 7s will be held on February 22 at Gatward Park in Korovou. Only first 24 teams will be accepted. Entry fee is $100. Winner gets $1000. Prizes also for plate and bowl winners. Contact Jope 9758391 or Sailasa 8462049.

Lomavata 7s

THE Lomavata 7s tournament will be held at Garvey Park in Tavua on February 22. First 24 teams to pay $100 entry fee by February 20 will be accommodated. Main prize is $1000. Contact Driu 8402853, Vili 9735896.

Nadi

PLAYERS wishing to represent the Jack's Nadi senior, development and Under-20 teams are requested to attend the mandatory fitness test at the Nadi Airport Sports Association complex on February 21. Trials will be held the next day. Contact: Noa Neivalu 8321297, Cohan Politini 9904310.

Namosi

THE following teams have been confirmed for this week's games and the pools are as follows:

Pool 1: St Michael Liganibai I, Vunibau, Deuba; Pool 2: St Michael Liganibai II, Nakavu, Police; Pool 3: Lobau, Mau, Qilai; Pool 4: Nabukavesi, Wainadoi, Veivatuloa; Pool 5: Wardens Central Eastern, Nadruku II, Baravi II; Pool 6: Nadruku I, Wardens Southern, Saliadrau; Pool 7: Baravi I, Wainiyavu, Uprising.

All managers are to reconfirm participation of their teams again before the games commence on Saturday. All teams are to be at the grounds before 8.30am.

Naitasiri Samabula zone

Rara 7s

THE Viti FM Rara 7s tournament will be held at Naluwai ground in Naitasiri on March 28-29. First 32 teams to pay $300 entry fee will be accommodated. Main prize is $3000. THE Red Rock 7s tournament will be held at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori from February 28 to March 1. Total prizemoney is $10,000. VOLLEYBALL

Vanua Challenge

THE Vanua Challenge will be held at the FMF Gymnasium on February 28 and March 1. Registration fee of $100 per team to be paid by February 25 into bank account number 5527135 ANZ, Fiji Volleyball Federation Development account or FVF head office at the Vodafone Arena. All participating teams must register their teams and forms can be picked from the FVF office. Registration forms will be sent via electronic mail to western affiliates. Briefing for central eastern teams will be held on February 25 at the FVF office at 5.30pm. Western affiliates will receive all relevant information about the Vanua Challenge via electronic mail before February 25. Gate fees will be $1 for children, $2 for players and officials and $4 for spectators. Central eastern teams will begin playing at 10.30am on February 28and western teams will begin at 2pm on the same day. For more information contact FVF Administrator Kenny Lidise on 9059099.
