Monitoring plan

Felix Chaudhary
Tuesday, February 18, 2014

INTERNET shops in the Western Division will be closely monitored to ensure schoolchildren do not surf the net during school hours or access pornographic sites.

This, according to recently-appointed Western Division Community Watch Council commander Rajendra Raghlu.

"We will ensure that internet shop owners in the division are made aware of their responsibilities when it comes to offering services to the public and especially to children," he said.

Mr Raghlu said it was the responsibility of internet shop owners to ensure children did not access sucht sites.
