Students must work smarter: Bythell

Update: 1:52PM THE University of the South Pacific officially welcomed its students this morning at its Laucala Campus.

Pro vice-chancellor John Bythell urged the students to work hard and work smarter saying they needed to take ownership of their learning.

Semester one for the university officially begins on Monday.
