Suspect alleges erectile dysfunction

Update: 2:49PM A MAN alleged to have raped a relatives girlfriend while she was asleep has told the court he had an erectile dysfunction.

The man gave sworn evidence as part of his defence in the High Court in Suva this morning.

Justice Salesi Temo told the man that his version of the story was very different from the victim's version.

The assessors will deliberate tomorrow morning.
