Fire destroys house

Update: 12:54PM A FOUR bedroom house in Labasa was completely destroyed by fire yesterday.

Police spokesman Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri said the fire started at 4pm and destroyed the corrugated iron and timber house with all its contents.

The house was vacant and the total cost of damage was $30,000.00, he said.

The house was not insured and police investigations are continuing.
