COMPLAINTS about water cuts received from residents around the Western Division by the Water Authority of Fiji have not gone unnoticed.

The WAF responded to the queries through a statement, saying they were committed to dealing with such challenges.

"Authority engineers and technicians are working to assess systems facing problems," the statement said.

"The water authority is trying its best to attend to these areas urgently to curb interruptions in the water supply."

The authority also called upon customers to report any leaks.

"There are long-term infrastructure programs that are looked into to provide effective and efficient water supply services."
