FIVE men appeared in the Ba Magistrates Court yesterday charged with one count of aggravated burglary and five counts of aggravated robbery.

The suspects were arrested over the weekend following several days of investigations.

Police West spokeswoman Naina Ragigia said the suspects were alleged to have been part of a robbery in which a Ba businessman was robbed of items worth $85,299.

Some of the stolen items were recovered.

Ms Ragigia said the police were still searching for a sixth member of the group who remained at large.
