Update: 3:05PM THE Land Transport Authority started its Triple E (Educate, Encourage and Enforce) campaign today.

Authority spokesman Iliesa Sokia says this is to tell the public the simple road rules they should adhere to when travelling and one of the main ones is using mobile phones while driving.

The month-long campaign is expected to move to the west and the north in the coming weeks.
