Update: 4:39PM NAILAGA District School in Nadroga, which caters for at least 100 students, was used as an evacuation centre for 30 people who took precautions when floodwaters started rising.

Families are expected leave for their homes tomorrow morning when waters recedes and roads will open to traffic.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Education is touring the area to find out how many schools are affected by the floodwaters.
