Lawyers requests court to discharge client

Update: 1:53PM A SERVING prisoner's lawyer asked the court to discharge his client from another robbery case after State prosecution failed to serve summons on witnesses.

Lomani Tamani's case has been before the court for two years now.

The court has allowed State prosecution one month to decide on the next course of action.
