Low water pressure

Shayal Devi
Friday, January 17, 2014

THE Water Authority of Fiji says some Lautoka residents will experience low water pressure and, in some areas, even no water at all until further notice.

In a statement yesterday, the authority said this was because of low water flow from the Nagado reservoir into the Kashmir reservoir.

"The following areas are affected — Saru towards Vaivai and Tawatawa, Saru Back Rd towards Ba Provincial School, Tavakubu Koro, Tualesia Reservoir, Khasmir, Kermode, Simla, Covuli St, Ragg St, Kama St, Simla Housing, Malamala and Waya streets," the statement said.
