Shayal Devi
Saturday, January 11, 2014

EIGHTY Nadi Hospital patients and about 100 members of the public were treated to snacks by the Sadique Islamic Centre's Nadi branch as part of celebrations for Prophet Mohammed's birthday celebrations.

Group representative Ifraz Ahmed said the centre handed out bottles of water, fruits and a traditional drink called kheer kurma.

"This was led by head priest Maulana Mohammed Fakre Alam and trustees with other members," he said.

"We wish all people Eid Milad-un-nabi Mubarak."
