A SECURITY guard at a major retail outlet in Suva has pleaded guilty to a charge of indecently annoying a person.

Jeremaia Qio admitted in the Suva Magistrates Court yesterday he swore at a female security officer.

Qio appeared on his own accord and told the court he understood the charge.

The court was told that earlier this year Qio and the complainant became involved in an argument.

Qio told the complainant the company for which she worked was not her father's. He then swore at her.

Qio went on to accuse her of being a lesbian and having a relationship with a co-worker.

He told the court he admitted the summary of facts.
