FIJI Rugby Union has confirmed it will reveal sponsors of its products by early next year.

The union is in consultation with its potential sponsors at the moment and will confirm them "soon".

FRU board member Baljeet Singh said the consultation period would take time as they have to convince their interested parties on the perks of the partnership with Rugby House.

FRU is seeking sponsorship for the Flying Fijians, Fiji Warriors, Fiji 7s, Fiji under-20s, Fijiana and the secondary schools U18s.

It is also seeking sponsorship for national provincial championships for senior and U20s, Farebrother-Sullivan Trophy, B Division championship, Fiji International 7s, Island zone, East versus West State of Origin tournament, Fiji secondary schools competition, Fiji U18 schools tour and Kaji rugby tournaments.

"We are meeting with them at the moment and working on trying to get the best for FRU," Singh said.

"It's the negotiation period between FRU and the potential sponsors. We have to explain to them the products and agree on certain terms and conditions of the partnership.

"Some of them are agreeing and some of them don't, it is still consultation period at the moment."

Singh said they have also ascertained the total value of their products.

"I cannot reveal the value of our products which we only share with our potential sponsors."
