PEOPLE are welcome to report any forms of corruption against LTA officers to relevant authorities.

In an interview, authority CEO Naisa Tuinaceva said reports of corruption against his officers were usually a thing they encountered over the years.

"When we receive reports of this nature, we want complainants to clear it out first to us before proper investigations are conducted," Mr Tuinaceva said.

"People are welcome to report these kinds of issues to police or FICAC but when the allegations come to us, we follow proper investigation channels."

Mr Tuinaceva said those officers found guilty would lose their jobs as their penalty.

He said if officers were involved in some kind of criminal activities, they referred such cases to proper authorities.

Meanwhile, Mr Tuinaceva said they were now working on improving their customer services skills as part of their corporate plan next year.
