In the other match, it was Army who batted first and set a massive target of 164 runs for VICC to chase.
Suva Cricket Association president Adriu Misiki said VICC were all out for only 45 runs in 15 overs.
"Penisoni Kotoisuva was the best bowler in the match as he claimed five wickets for 13 runs."
Misiki said after a few weeks they managed to get a sunny day for playing.
"For the past few weeks, the rain disrupted the competition but today (yesterday) we had sunshine throughout the day for us to have good cricket."
