ERONI Sau is a player for all seasons.
A successful rugby league player with Saru Dragons in the annual Fiji National Rugby League Vodafone Cup competition, Sau has lately stamped his mark as one of the speedsters in the domestic 7s competition.
The 22-year-old Marou, Yasawa native is part of Ben Ryan's 23-member squad for the third leg of the 2013/14 HSBC Sevens World Series.
The Red Rock gas man is determined to fulfil his dream of playing for Fiji in the international 7s circuit.
"I started with 7s playing for FNU under Epeli Lagiloa and then when I went to Lautoka, I joined Saru Dragons and played rugby league," Sau who studies Sports Science at the Fiji National University said.
"Now when the rugby league season is over I'm back playing 7s rugby just to keep myself occupied and fit."
Sau who came close to making the Vodafone Fiji Bati team for the Rugby League World Cup this year will not let this chance go in vain.
In the Battle of the Bati contest, he scored two tries for Fiji Residents but failed to make the cut in the star-studded Bati outfit.
"I will do my best and hope that I get the chance to play for Fiji in the IRB 7s circuit," Sau said.
