The result ensured both teams a spot in today's semi-finals.
League FC from Navua and 4R Electrical of Ba finished with seven points in Pool Two.
The two teams were also equal on goal differential. League FC was declared the pool winner having scored more goals.
The match lived up to expectations showcasing many district reps.
4R Electrical had Osea Vakatalesau, Tuimasi Manuca, Jone Ralulu, Malakai Tiwa, Abbu Zaheed, Epeli Codro, Marika Madigi, Jone Vesikula, Meli Codro, Ronil Kumar and Aisea Codro.
League FC had Praneel Kumar, Seveci Rokotakala, Inia Boko, Simione Maikali, Jesoni Takala, Sheik Moshin and Sitiveni Qarua.
Replacement goalkeeper Moshin starred for the Southerners making many magnificent saves.
Moshin came on as a substitute for Sitiveni Qarua who sustained an injury in the first spell.
Doli scored the opener for League FC while Vakatalesau equalised in the second half following a free kick.
League FC coach/player Nazir Hussein said they were looking to go a step further after losing in the semi-final last year.
"We are very happy with the performance of the boys," Hussein said.
"This is the second time for the team to reach the semi-final. Last year we lost to 4R Electrical in the semi-final. We led 1-0 but then lost concentration in the second half.
"The boys gave away an unnecessary free kick and they equalised. Sheik and Seveci had work commitments and could not join us in the opening match. I must credit Moshin.
"We want to thank Navua Football Association president Faud Anwar. He has been helping the team a lot."
