THE Fiji Hockey Federation is delighted to be working with International Master coach Dr Burt Bunnik again.

FHF development officer Tai Smith said Dr Bunnik arrives into the country today and would give more insight on coaching techniques.

"Dr Bunnik promised us he would be back in December and he is coming at the end of the week," she said.

"He will get straight to work the day after he arrives by conducting clinics and training sessions early on Saturday morning."

She said FHF were keen on learning more from Dr Bunnik to boost their chances in international competitions.

"The Australian Country side will also be in arriving today and they will play matches against the Suva Selection side, the HPU side, the national sides and the under-18 side which we are preparing for the Youth Olympic Games qualifiers next year.

"So his (Dr Bunnik's) expertise will be a huge boost to us for that competition and it will also assist our national side and HPU side improve on their game.

"Our national coaches and other coaches will be involved with him and they will also learn a lot from him in terms of coaching and training techniques and will be given updates on the recent developments in international hockey."
