THE recent police recruitment drive will select personnel who are considered the cream of the crop.
This is in line with the Fiji Police Force's aim to produce a force for the future. Speaking at the Labasa Police Station yesterday, recruitment drive team officer-in-charge Assistant Senior Superintendent of Police Aporosa Lutunauga said the recruitment would end with the selection of 150 personnel.
ASP Lutunauga said this recruitment focused on getting into the force a fair number of recruits from every division.
"The selection criteria and requirement was strictly followed during the selection processes," said ASP Lutunauga.
"We have finished with the preliminary tests and the personal interviews."
He said the selection process was based on the benchmarks set by the force.
