MINISTER for Education Filipe Bole sent his well-wishes to all the students sitting for the Fiji School Leaving Certificate exam.
The FSLC starts tomorrow with 12,386 students around the country sitting the examination.
And this year the ministry has recorded an increase in the number of centres from 2012.
"There are 166 centres within the country in which this examination is instituted, an increase of two centres," said Mr Bole in a statement.
"In comparison to 2012, 164 centres wrote the Fiji School Leaving Certificate examination."
The ministry's initiatives to make primary and secondary education accessible to all students irrespective of their geographical isolation is paying dividend with an increase in exam centres also noted for the FSFE.
"For 2013, Nuku Secondary School in Serua and Beqa/Yanuca Secondary School in Beqa were given approval to start Form 6," the ministry added
The Fiji School Leaving Certificate examination ends on November 18.
