Update: 11:32AM THE Vodafone Fiji Bati drew first blood with a penalty but the mighty Australian Kangaroos went on to win 34-2 in their second Rugby League World Cup match this morning.
Six unanswered tries by the Kangaroos ensured their clean slate in the tournament in England.
Fiji's points came from the boot of Alipate Noilea in the 7th minute of the match.
Australia's tries came from Josh Papalii, Darius Boyd, Michael Jennings, Josh Morris, Daly Cherry-Evans and Luke Lewis.
Fiji meets England in its next game. Australia plays Ireland.
