SHOOTER Taraima Mitchell has recovered from her injury and was back on court yesterday as the national netball side prepares to face Malawi in two Tests.
However, Fiji Pearls coach Unaisi Rokoura said while one player had come on to the court, another went into the sick bay.
"Raijeli Daveua sat out training today (yesterday) because she fell," she said.
"But, it's nothing major, just a little flu and she is expected to back on the court soon.
The seasoned defender along with the other members were given a break from camp yesterday to recover from the hectic training.
"We have been preparing quite intensely and now we need to slow down a bit to let the players recover and be fresh for the first Test on Saturday.
"Preparations have been going so well and we have just been fine tuning all aspect of play.
"The warm-up match against the Suva men's and mixed side was a good testing ground for all combinations and we got to see areas that needed fine-tuning.
"In some areas we committed unforced errors and I am glad that the girls learnt from it and bounced back." Rokoura said.
The Malawi Queens arrive in the country today after completing their Australia and New Zealand tour without a win.
The two Test on November 2 and 4 will be played at the Vodafone Arena in Suva.
Tickets for the event are $7 for adults and $2 for children. Tickets for both Tests are $10.
