FLYING Fijian Nemani Nadolo has been named in the Crusaders squad for the 2014 Super Rugby season.
The 25-year-old who has been plying his trade with the NEC Green Rockets club in Japan was one of the five new players unveiled by the Crusaders yesterday.
Nadolo, a member of the Flying Fijians team for the Northern Tour, is likely to get his Super Rugby break this year after failing to make debut with Waratahs in 2009.
Crusaders coach Todd Blackadder said Nadolo would be one of the exciting players in the competition next year.
"He is an absolute hulk of a man, yet he can fly down the field like you wouldn't believe for a man that size.
"Comparisons have been drawn with Jonah Lomu, and we can't wait to work with him and unleash him in this competition," Blackadder told TVNZ.
The Chiefs have retained winger Asaeli Tikoirutoma while the Highlanders have named Patrick Osborne in their squads.
