PROJECT Bula Mai's Style Fiji Red Carpet fashion extravaganza in November will feature, for the first time, live music by one of the Pacific's most popular music groups.
But organisers of the event said they were keeping their cards close to the chest and would not reveal who the act is.
"All we can say is that those who purchase tickets will not be disappointed. We decided to bring in a live music act to add to audience participation in our fun-filled charity gala dinner," said Zelda Thomas from the organising committee.
Chairman of the charity trust Adrian Sofield said the Style Fiji fundraising event would be a fusion of fashion, music and entertainment featuring local and international designers, entertainers and sports personalities.
"Guests will be treated to an exclusive red carpet event of fashion and entertainment, strut-athon, and great auction prizes to raise more funds towards the Project Bula Mai objective to improve the health services for the people of Nadi and surrounding areas," he said.
"This year, funds raised from the Style Fiji event will assist with special projects at the Nadi Hospital and a portion will be given towards the St John Ambulance Association to set up in Nadi."
