A MAN charged with 10 counts of theft pleaded guilty to all counts in the Suva Magistrates Court yesterday.
Emori Rabuka appeared before magistrate Margaret Mua, at which he understood the summary of facts read out to him before he entered a guilty plea.
Mr Rabuka, 33, was charged with theft after he was found to be withdrawing money that belonged to his aunt without her permission from a Westpac ATM in Suva.
On November 21 last year, Mr Rabuka withdrew $500 from the machine.
He then continued to withdraw money in the days following — another $1000 on November 24, followed by other amounts, summing up to a total of $1940.
The last transaction Mr Rabuka made was on December 10 when he withdrew $10.
Sentencing has been adjourned to November 11.
