Tailevu North is back as an affiliate of the Fiji Football Association but will now be known as Northland Tailevu after a name change.
The Fiji FA delegates approved the motion for a name change at the ordinary congress last Wednesday.
Fiji FA president Rajesh Patel said Northland Tailevu had also changed its uniforms.
He said Nadi's motion to play the promotion-relegation was thrown out.
"This was not in proper order because it needs to be rescinded first before a new motion could be put in," Patel said.
"Navua's motion for restricting voting for premier matters to premier teams and super premier matters to super premier teams was thrown out. That is not equal rights and is not within the FIFA rules.
"The motion by Fiji FA for the youth players was passed. Any player who has gone through the Fiji FA grassroots and youth development program or where districts have spent money on education and development, then the district association or the Fiji FA must be compensated for a maximum of $5000 for the first transfer.
"The motion by Labasa to restore the travelling grant to $20,000 for the National Football League has been referred to the National Football League board.
"Another motion by Labasa in regards to the rescinding of the 2012 council resolution on residence of the officials as they will have to reside in the districts if they want to be the secretary, treasurer of president was disallowed."
