BA created history by winning the Courts Inter-District Championship primary schools title for a record fourth consecutive year at Churchill Park in Lautoka yesterday.
The Ba side defeated Labasa 2-1 in the final.
Simione Nabenu, the son of former Ba rep Waisea Nabenu, once again proved to be the hero for the Ba team after scoring the winning goal.
Ba netted first through Jone Tirau while Ratu Iliesa Labalaba Tuinakabiti equalised for Labasa.
Simione scored the winner from the penalty spot late in the match.
Ba coach Timoci Seru said he was proud of the performance of his players.
He said the Ba Football Association should do more development at the grassroots level.
"We are very happy with the win," Seru said.
"We are proud of the players as they really worked hard. We did our home-work after the Fiji Primary Schools Inter-District Championship.
"Labasa had the advantage with the height. This is a record for winning the primary title four years in a row.
"The players have a lot of potential. We want Ba Football Association to help us. They are not doing much. Otherwise these players will be pouched by other districts."
